The truth is even I don’t know everything about myself. Every day I am learning and every day I am changing. I started this blog a long time ago and since then it has changed multiple times in regards to what I post and what I share.

I am a working mother and wife who prioritizes faith and family and struggles to get it all done. If this sounds like you take a gander and hopefully something I share can help you, otherwise grab a mug of coffee and we can just relate on the struggles we share together.

 

Who Am I?

I am a woman of faith. I try my best to start my days by reading God’s word because I find that my days are much more peaceful when I am able to do so. I pray and ask for guidance on all decisions in my life and while I know that many people may not agree with what I do or believe, it is not going to change me or my beliefs. I will continue to follow the One who guides me and listen to His word because I know that I will not be led astray and that I will be blessed because of it.

I am a Christian.

In 2016 I married the love of my life. A romance that started in the friendzone and blossomed into more. A man who waited 3 years until I felt the same way and then swept me off of my feet the moment he saw his chance had come. I have a partner who supports me in all of the many, many, things I do. We encourage each other and lift each other up.

I am a wife.

Perhaps one of my favorite new title titles, is mother. My two beautiful daughters are my inspiration, my heroes, my muse. I never pictured myself being a ‘girl-mom’ but I have been loving every moment of it. My patience may be worn thin and all of my buttons can be pressed but I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

I started this blog so long ago as a photography blog to try and show people the world through my eyes. Like me this blog has now grown and matured some and while the focus may no longer be on photography alone I hope you will stay to enjoy the little bits of quiet I have in this busy and noisy world.
